# Nobokai Care

**Every call answered. The work after it, done.**

AI agents that answer every call and do the work that follows, for understaffed home care agencies. Each agency owns its AI, taught by its own staff.

5 home care agencies pay $10,000 a month each for Nobokai voice calls.

## The problem

A home care agency runs on 3 to 10 office staff. Every call creates work in four or five systems, some of it with legal deadlines. Missed calls lose clients. Wrong paperwork means visits that never get paid.

- 51% of home care agencies could be reached by phone when called (JAMA, 2026).
- Since April 2026, Missouri denies Medicaid claims with no matching visit check-in.
- Yearly caregiver turnover is about 75%.

## How it works

1. **Answers the call.** Any hour, in a voice that fits the moment.
2. **Does the work after it.** The schedule, cover, texts, family and records, in the agency's own systems.
3. **Staff approve what matters.** A short summary on the right person's phone; they approve it or fix it in a few words.
4. **Learns the agency's rules.** Every fix becomes a lesson. Each night the agency's own model trains on them.

## Works in the agency's systems

Agency software (WellSky, AxisCare), EVV (Sandata, HHAeXchange), state portals, fax and SMS. APIs where they exist, a real browser where they don't. Logins stay in the agency's vault. Every session is recorded for audits.

## Own your AI

Other voice AI runs on a model the vendor owns and every customer shares. Each agency has its own model, trained on its own staff’s corrections and not shared with other agencies.

## Status

Voice calls are live. The office agents and the agency-owned model are in development. Earlier product: Khanflow, Nobokai’s voice AI for scheduling, on the App Store.
